Before you can receive the SSL certificate for installation, you need to generate the order and complete the validation of your domain name. For OV and EV certificates you need to validate the organization details too.

No one other than you should have access to your private key. It is generated along with the CSR, so you must save the private key while generating a CSR. From our end, you will only receive the SSL certificate files.
